Welcome to our site!

Slowrapid is a two person crew of CFM (Leipzig) and Francis (Essen/ Dortmund). We are not just playing records and cds (yes and we mix them perfectly), we also produce our own tracks.

Our style is mainly oriented on intelligent drum'n bass that is accompanied by electronica, techhouse and breakbeats. More than as disk jockeys for a particular style, we understand ourselves as musicians which includes a general interest in all kinds of music as there is Jazz, Guitar-oriented stuff and even Classical Music although we still concentrate on Drum'n Bass and Techhouse when playing records in a club.

CFM and Francis are organizers of the Electronic Sunday, a regular event that features Leipzig based homeproducers.

They are also part of the repertoire-network, that includes the repertoire-mag as well as a regular series of parties at the Distillery-Club.
