Francis Hunger: History has Left the Building
The first institutional solo exhibition by German artist Francis Hunger (*1976, Dessau) deals with the question of what’s left of communist and modernist utopia. Issues of gender as well as the development of technology and society are intertwined in complex installations. The artist comments on (unconscious) desire, disappointment and trauma.
